A clear NO towards "Cry-it-out"!

  • Secure attachment between Parent and Child
  • Gentle and Gradual approach
  • Individually customized Sleep Solutions
  • Permanent improvement of Sleep

The needs of the child are always at the center of my work. This includes the developmental stage, temperament and individual life situation.

I find it crucial for my work to truly understand my clients - their circumstances, goals, values and worries.

My work is based on the principles of the Gentle Sleep Coach® methodology. I know my professional boundaries and refer out to specialists if needed.

Every family is different, and so is my approach. I meet every family on eye level and adapt solutions to their individual needs - in their language and outside regular working hours if needed.

I am truly interested in my clients and always strive to create a warm and trustful atmosphere. I am their with a smile and encouraging words, when things get difficult.

I respect the values and norms of my clients and take individual goals into account.

More than 80 hours of training, mentoring and live-coachings as well as a comprehensive final exam, make Kim West's Gentle Sleep Coach® training unique globally.
