What if bedtime with your toddler was easy, something you actually look forward to the whole day. Real quality time with your little one and a relaxing start to a full night of sleep? What if your toddler actually loved going to bed (and staying there)? What if there was less struggle and more joy around sleeping?
What if there was finally more sleep and more time for yourself, your relationship, your friends? What if you started your day rested and arrived at work full of energy? If you could reconnect with your hobbies and leave the house without having to worry. What if you could be the confident parent you so much long to be.

With Vanessa's help, we finally sleep through the night again. Our 3-year old boy needed us next to him for two hours every evening and most nights we spent on the floor next to him. But since implementing the sleep plan, he loves going to bed, sings to himself and drifts off peacefully. He even tells his friends about it and we can see how it boosted his confidence. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I want to sleep in one room/bed with my child- is that possible?
Sure! You decide what your child's sleeping place looks like. I will point you to the SIDS prevention measures and give you advice on how to safely co-sleep with your child.
When can I start? / How long is your waitlist?
You can see my availabilities for the consultation in the online calendar when booking the package. After the consultation you can start right away with the implementation of your Sleep Plan.
Will my toddler cry?
A question that I hear a lot from parents is whether their child is going to cry with my sleep program. I therefore find it important to address this here. There are many reasons causing a child to cry. One of those reasons is to give voice to protest. When you change the way you have been reacting to your child in the past, you can expect a certain degree of protest. I therefore find it important to point out to parents that working on making changes to sleep patterns is most likely going to involve at least some amount of protest from your child. I will however, never ask you to ignore your child’s cries, nor leave them alone. Together, we develop a plan that you feel comfortable with and where we integrate what you know about your child and my experience.
