  • Active participation in defining the Sleep Shaping Plan for your little one

  • At least 4 weeks without major plans (holidays, moving, day care intro etc.)

I want to continue breastfeeding my baby - is that possible?
Of course! Breastfeeding is absolutely no obstacle, on the contrary! If you wish to continue breastfeeding (including at night), we will include this in your Sleep-Shaping plan.

I want to sleep in one room/bed with my baby- is that possible?

Sure! You decide what your child's sleeping place looks like. I will point you to the SIDS prevention measures and give you advice on how to safely co-sleep with your baby.

When can I start? / How long is your waitlist?

You can see my availabilities for the consultation in the online calendar when booking the package. After the consultation you can start right away with the implementation of your Sleep-Shaping-Plan.

Will my baby cry?

At this tender age, we will ensure that your baby feels comforted at all times. You will never leave your baby alone and you will always respond to them.
